When you then read this article, within the series, it becomes clear the mayors and devolved First Ministers are being kept out of the loop on crucial information and a London/south east centric approach is being utilised that has meant Manchester, for example, came out of restrictions too soon some months ago, which has had a worsening effect when we fast forward to the present day.Comment
