Oh sorry I forgot we are suppose to be blaming the mosques...
There is a big issue with mosques as opposed with churches.

Churches have usually a congregation on Sundays. Mosques have services five times a day and traditionally they socialise at close proximity outside the mosques. It does cause issues with the spread Covid-19.

"And what are their families suppose to live on if they don't work?". This equally applies to the remainder of the population.

Problem is like B&B owners, builders & taxi drivers don't normally like paying tax so they are screwed on the self employed allowance..

Yep. I knew a taxi driver who kept three sets of books - one for himself, one for the taxi firm and one for his wife and the taxman!!

"But I'm earning 40 grand a year - I need more furlough allowance."
"Our records that you submitted say you earned average 20 grand for the last 3 years."
        "Oh, yeah."

Plus churches were getting ever emptier long before Covid.

PS All that bowing right down in Mosques. If they had alternating men and lady rows I'd convert.

Back in the 1980s, a friend of mine wrote a programme for booking rooms and accounting for small hotels and B&Bs. He wondered why he failed to sell any copies until I pointed out to him the pencil and cash are king in making bookings.

Very few Muslim pray 5 times a day. Most just turn up to Friday prayers.

Anyway they have to book a space to pray.

I have Jewish and Muslims in my extend family, I have attended Synagogues, Mosques and Churches. I lived opposite a mosque for five years in my youth and knew the people well. I have read the Koran several times I can assure you I know far more about the Sunni and Shia than you do. No, they don't book a space to pray, and yes, many Sunnis pray five times a day and Shia three times a day. I think you are talking with a lack of experience in the subject.
