IMO what's hapening in the house is pure racisim .. no way round that fact, but it does reflect reality.... every where you go the English stick together and the foreigners are isolated and picked on just because they are different and they have different way of thinking and approach.. it happens all the time everywhere...

To say that it is racism is entirely missing the point of what is happening here. Yes there are elements of racism but they are being used as part of the campaign of these women to go for Shilpa's weak spots. Their problem with her is more to do with envy than the fact that she is black.

For people like you Sandy to stand up and squeal "racism" is pretty disgusting in itself. Just because a white person criticises or is rude to a black person does not mean they are racists. Believe it or not black people are just as capable as anyone else of standing up to criticism or abuse as you or any white person is. It does no one any good to be protected from criticism by playing the racist card.

Whilst we can all sneer from our middle class castles at the oiks like Jade Goodie, remember that it is not us that are asked to integrate with immigrants, it is the white working classes who have to deal with the problems of race integration (schools, social services, language etc). These are the people who cannot afford to move away from areas that are overrun by immigrants many of who are at least as racist as the whites.

Whilst I have little time for bigots of any race, I am fortunate enough to be able to live, work, send my children to school, in areas where I choose. These areas happen to be dominated by "people like us".

So if you want to unload your own guilt on to the plebs like Jade Goody (isnt she useful?) and focus your own bigotry away from yourself then fine. But just do not think you are fooling all of us.

Dodgy, in England people do tolerate foreigners, but on one conditions, that the foreigner is below them and don't dare to be better than them, have better manners or ethics, the minute English people realise that a foreigner has higher values ethics and standard then the ugly monster comes out, and it attacks viciously... this is my experience and that was my opinion, some of you are in denial and that is OK ... we have to agree on disagreeing, just like I disagreed with you over the war !! but am not alone in thinking that what is going on was racism..

I am amazed that some of you are actually denying racism, when on every post you guys post there are some sort of a racist or sexist remark... as I said, read this forum and tell me that racism is not the norm in this country, I believe people speak their mind on this forum, and they wouldn't dare be open about their opinions in public...

Oh yea and I agree my heart really bleeds for the middle classes they do have it tough, all these foreigners around them have well brought up academic kids, while their own kids are badly brought up swear constantly and most are school drop outs... they do have it tough!!

Sandy love. Clearly this issue is close to your heart and I would not want to upset you....... but I have to take issue.
Having a go at someone during an argument is not a race issue, it is an argument issue and when temperatures rise people use any stick to beat the opposition.
Racism is about hate and fear of people of another ethnic background.

I would like you to explain just why anything that has been said is racist. Consider that Jade Goody is of mixed race herself.
