Sorry like, but the lasses just cant fecking stand her, and I can see why. They're bringing her Indian culture into it as a last resort of slagging her off (much like "fat" "specky" "blonde" etc). My thoughts are that this is clearly a situation, whilst not directly manufactured, certainly encouraged by Channel 4.

Of course it was easy to predict that the three ill bred white trash would form their own clique and the consequences of this is that a beautiful, famous, intelligent Indian woman is bound to be the source of much envy and hostility. So the situation where SS is singled out was obviously desired by Channel 4 in the first place. What has backfired is the element of race that has crept in and the over the top reaction by our multi million pound "race relations" industry and the usual myriad cretin opportunists.

People with any interest in food wouldn't use Oxo Cubes. If Shilpa had enough knowledge about how many to use in a dish then she can't be very knowledgeable about authentic indian food, much less any other food.

You never find them in my larder. Same goes for gravy granules, Chicken Tonight, or other instant 'can't be bothered to cook properly' crap, usually containing copious amounts of salt and trans-fats, masquerading as food.

If I ever need some instant stock I use natural Vegetable Bouillon - which is just powdered dried vegetables, garlic, herbs and a bit of sea salt.
