There is only one thing that annoys me more than people letting their dogs tulip and not picking it up. The idiots that for some unknown reason pick up their dog tulip but then leave the plastic poo bag on the floor.

I've seen poo bags literally about 10 seconds walk away from a bin.

If any of you ****ers do this, stop it now, I mean it. I will hunt you down.

A petty thing that annoys me at the moment...

The growing number of coffee shops that wont serve you a takeaway coffee unless you've brought your own cup or are prepared to buy one of theirs.

Maybe ask for a non-takeout cup, one of the porcelain variety, and smuggle that out of the shop. And as long as you are intending to bring it back later in, it technically isn't theft.

It might be harder with tea though - getting a teapot out from the shop might be a little trickier..
