There is only one thing that annoys me more than people letting their dogs tulip and not picking it up. The idiots that for some unknown reason pick up their dog tulip but then leave the plastic poo bag on the floor.
I've seen poo bags literally about 10 seconds walk away from a bin.
If any of you ****ers do this, stop it now, I mean it. I will hunt you down.Comment
