I'm always worried when there are zero instances of something based on criteria. Until I know why I remain suspicious. Perverts are perverts and they will follow their perversions so why are there none in the singular group?

I find it interesting that the 65 cases committed by gangs seems to generate so much more outrage than the other 2000 cases.

Actually its not 65 cases its thousands because the gangs were doing it wholesale. Just 65 prosecuted.

No every abuse is disgusting. I have some pity for those who have urges and act on them, I'm all for therapy & medication in these cases if there is remorse.

Nonetheless, there's a specific pattern of abuse involving gangs and young white girls that is culturally linked, which was not stopped due to "cultural concerns", and when it's pointed out, sections of said community cry "racism", rather than addressing the issue.

A colleague of mine from India has half his family not talking to him for similar behaviour. The family elders were whining about how people are saying nasty things about rapist Indians... he told them that gang rape is far worse than unpleasant words, and they were perpetuating such behaviour by not roundly condemning the criminals.

Correct - the horrific stories of what is going on in India seem to show the incidents as, until recently, being tolerated as part of a natural risk of living in India. Similarly, having a crappy upbringing in the UK shouldn't make you a more likely target for abuse and exploitation by these gangs but it clearly does. It's clear that it's cultural and not religious and has been called out; apologists and those who fear offending the perpetrators (FFS!!!) then shout down the likes of Sarah Champion and become part of the problem.
