The linked article clearly shows that Belgium had troops there, and the countries that were, generally, most active/had the most troops are the ones who have, generally, suffered the most.

Plus New Zealand did send troops to the gulf. Can't recall the Philippines sending many troops out there though yet ISIS appear pretty active out there at the moment. Wonder why we've not heard of them dropping bombs on the middle east
