He then went on to explain that I had to chose either unless he wanted me to let him fill the role with someone else. Obviously I chose the cheaper option of the 2...

I will say that after I decided I wanted to work for myself I received a pleasurable surprise when I realised the taxation incurred. If you weren't breaking into the higher rate tax threshold you basically paid 20%CT or so, zero income tax, token NI (or was it zero?) AND you could make money off FRS - all without doing anything shady in the slightest.
With the dividend tax that has changed but we had it very good.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I didn't hear any measures being put in place on evasion and avoidance by companies big enough to have their own lobby groups though, you know, the ones that your tory masters are shareholders in.
Well at least we can see where that £350M is going...................“The period of the disintegration of the European Union has begun. And the first vessel to have departed is Britain”Comment

Weak sterling would cause inflation to pick up very noticeably, enough to take spare money from people's pockets and cause another recession, and then Tory Scum might have to break their another manifesto promise about triple lock... oh wait no, they won't do that - so taxes would have to go up much higher.Last edited by AtW; 8 March 2017, 18:45.Comment
