It's about getting some form of recompense for those people who have no fixed office and have to travel between appointments and only get paid for time on those appoint meets.

Bangers aren't expensive to own especially if you are a mature person.

They always have seemed expensive to run to us, and we're not earning £7/hour. On NMW, EVERYTHING is expensive - buying a new tyre or exhaust tube is a big deal.
