      Go ahead - I think the results may not be what you expect although you'll have plenty of time to think things over.

      From memory asking for someone to be banned anywhere is a bannable offence.
      I think you've got that confused with insulting a poster. You can do that merrily in a thread, Starting one to insult someone is not allowed (it's not a hard and fast rule though then some people (MF) are fair game).

            Yes, that was in FB2016, voted on last week (1% next year, a further 2% in April 2020). TBH, this pledge from Gidiot always sounded a bit improbable - a last "look at me" on his way out. Hammond is a fiscal hawk and was unlikely to go along with it.
