Not 100% nailing it but it's something and like everything else, I'm sure these wily foreigners will find loopholes and tricks...
indeed a small percentage will but it will get more convoluted and easier to spot.

If they take a photo and send it to the employer then if you have photo of a little red haired welshman and a large African chap walks in then you have half a chance of spotting it.

      .
      that's great :

select fullname as [Deport this scumbag without appeal] from tabl.NI left join table.death (...) where table.death.status=;Dead'

also you can find all those who recommended them & investigate them. if its over 2-3 dodgy recommends they are in for jail time.

Yet they are surprised when the employer lies openly to them when they decide to comply with the law.

I guess they rather have immigration visit the restaurants in the evening while they are working and there are more people around to see them stuffed into the immigration vans...

No wonder how Byron burgers were costing cheap!!
They probably took advantage of these illegals and paid them peanuts... for making burgers! How romantic of them!

Freudian slip there? Are you giving evidence in a case?

If they truly had been complicit do you think the immigration service ould let them walk away without a massive fine & prison? That only happens to Baronesses.

Most kitchen staff in restaurants and hotels get paid minimum wage.

Before minimum wage came in they got paid very little which is why the only people who would do those jobs and stay were illegal immigrants.

Wouldn't that be emigration vans? Or ex-ex-pat vans?
