    I'm saying that we are going to negotiate using the tried and trusted method set down by the EU Commission. As long as Wallonia is eradicated (part of Belgium I believe), then all will be well......

            Oooops, they've done it again.
            Wallonia is a nasty part of Belgium, full of speed cameras. It's a bit like Northamptonshire. But they have interesting tax laws which have encouraged many large companies to move their distribution centres to there.
            There's probably a very localised reason for them trying to block it, but that won't get reported much outside Belgium.

              And Wallonia is a superb example of why the EU is such an unmitigated disaster.
