    What would you use?

    Got a 100 users that need to access documents / photos. Privileges vary depending on user.

      Novell Netware 3.x. With DOS clients. Just be sure to configure enough emm386.
      Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

        os2warp on a ps2 is always good

          AWS S3. Use IAM to define roles and identities for users to control access privileges. If nothing else, it'll help pass the time

            Forget all the above nonsense, just use a load of batch files to copy the data over to the users pcs once a day.

            Not only will they have everything they need, but it will all be backed up for you too.

                Right now. Dropbox not an option as personal data will including photos will be stored there. Don't want to pay for it.

                Server to be kept at the kindergarten. Yes, contents will be encrypted to protect against theft.
