    Have you considered turkey? I believe that's quite popular at this time of year, so you should be able to find some in the shops.

          By tradition the Guns get a brace each so unless they are absolutely tulipe or the shoot is particularly tulipe there will be several hundred brace afterwards.

          If you have a word with one of the keepers you should be able to get a brace or two either of the days shoot or better still if you want to eat them, of a previous shoot.

            Why not save the pennies while doing something different. Have a road kill Xmas dinner. It will be a mystery what it will be right up until you peel it off the road as well so a nice surprise for the missus.

                Not convinced about the stuffed camel, for 2 people it may be a bit much they will have leftovers at Easter.

                    Thing is... When did you last actually have turkey as opposed to duck,chicken,beef,pork, lamb etc
