As a parent I can see both sides of the argument but as long as we're importing people like there's no tomorrow, my kids don't stand a chance of a decent wage or a decent place to live.
...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

That's why I'm voting to leave the EU.

Do you really think that when Labour gets in (sooner or later) they would not do even worse??? The whole point of Tories is that they cut taxes which are put back up by Labour, but now we'll have situation where Tories jack up taxes and Labour will do even worse on top of this.
I hate repeating myself but clearly it has to be said yet again.

The last Labour government left us with no money, a huge deficit of nearly £160 billion and no plan of how to get back to normal.

Every time the government suggests any cuts there is uproar, but being in government means they have to take decisions, Labour seems to think that 2 +2 can equal 5 whilst Conservatives realise it can only ever equal 4.

Labour hate to say no to anyone and fool people into thinking that all of the finances can be balanced by squeezing the rich, the banks and companies. Sadly there are not enough of these to do this.

I am becoming to the view that Labour may not get into power for a long time, Corbyn seems happier to go on a march and moan about everything, typical student politics, hopefully the Great British public will not fall for this, despite the necessary pain that the current government has to inflict.

Extra demand fueled by crazy low interest rates whose main purpose was to prevent people living in their own houses from defaulting and being thrown out on a street. Low rates were never meant to allow people create BTL empires.

Borrow-To-Lets are parasites because they just add up extra money on top of banking interest, very inefficient and it should not have happened in a good well run market economy.

and how will removing all the decent rental property help them?

Again, build more houses & have fewer people wanting them is the solution. If you want that then make your MP squirm!

                They don't want to rent.

                They want to buy cheap!

Cheap benign market with lacklustre growth would be the saviour of this country. Prices would need to fall 50% first :-)

I know that. Now tell me why Cons did not introduce those massive taxes in last 5 years when they were in power with LibDems. Do you think LibDems stopped them from introducing divi tax? Or other taxes??? The deal was that Cons would mostly deal with deficit the right way - REDUCTION IN GOVT SPENDING. That did not happen and it's still not happening - now Osborne is effectively banking on redefined projections to hope they would work out, he is not cutting spending, but he sure as feck jacked up taxes - that should have been declared in manifesto!!!

On that basis, I'd suggest they both steer well clear of decisions involving basic arithmetic.
