it will probably come to nothing as their are loads of people who do this sort of thing cash in hand and declare only a bit to HMRC to make is seem legit....

Your company then has multiple contracts with multiple clients, and an additional employee.

And you have to mange the cleaner - find new clients, deal with complaints, etc. Do you know the cleaning business?
