So someone who describes themselves as an 'Aussie' who finds the term 'Paki' offensive is idiotic too?Originally posted by LucidDementia View PostYou have just called yourself "white" and yet calling someone else "brown" is offensive to you. You don't see why this is idiotic in the extreme?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

You are making an issue where there is none.Originally posted by LucidDementia View PostWay to sidestep the question. You're awesome.
White is perfectly acceptable language, White Caucasian if it pleases you.
Black, Middle Eastern, Asian etc is acceptable terminology (although in the USA Afro American or Afro Caribbean is preferred)
Brown, and yellow is offensive. To me, and many other people.
None of this detracts from the fact that there is an army of radical gun wielding extremists, of Islamic origins, who are intent on destroying all the freedoms we hold dear, and they will not negotiate, they will not 'play by the rules', instead they need to be wiped off the face of the earth as soon as possible.Comment

I don't know why the west always gets blamed for the middle east being a fruitloop's warzone, about 99% of the weapons they have are straight from the soviets.
Anyway I am kind of glad that the main focus of ISIS will be shifting to the ex soviets, they have a history of vacuum bombing troublesome muslims and are pretty resistant to terror attacks themselves as the government clearly couldn't give two fecks about their citizens.
Bombing them will work, it worked with the Taliban, it may have taken 10 years and a few weddings got a bit messed up but it eventually takes out the smarter ones and the lower level ones just drift back to shagging goats and farming for a living. Keep the bombing going I say.
And for those who say this is only been going on for the last few years my old boy was out in Yemen and Kuwait in the 60s pointing guns at the troublesome arabs. The whole thing will always be ongoing, we just have to keep them pinned down in their own region. Someone should tell Merkel that, or should have.Comment

It's quite simple - for going on 15 years, we (The West) have been engaged in the so-called War on Terror. The US estimates we've killed 1.3 million people; other estimates range from 2 to 4 million DEAD HUMAN BEINGS. It astonishes me that folk actually think that's OK. Our governments have bombed, invaded and occupied ME countries, executed leaders and continually invented and reinvented boogeymen.
Just imagine if there was a united group invading countries and killing millions of innocents all over Europe; don't you think the result of that might be folk willing to wage a war against them to stop such awful behaviour....oh wait, I think that happened already.
The real terrorists wear £4000 suits, not exploding vests.
Please don't think this means I find these attacks palatable; I find it just as horrific as you do. Our governments created (and continue to exacerbate) this state of affairs. That means it's on us. All of us.

The shutters are going up now but the stable door is being closed too late.
and there are still cretins around who think we should be allowing even more migrants in.(\__/)

So you have a 2nd hand, white mans POVOriginally posted by PurpleGorilla View PostHave I suffered racial abuse? No. Have I stepped in when I witnessed it happening to someone else? Yes.
As I said my GF is Jamaican, she calls herself brown, that is her actual colour, rather than black and very lovely she is too.
Are you prepared to call her a racist?
In fact I wouldn't recommend it, she would totally cream you monkey boy
