He & the ANC have killed hundreds of thousands. Blacks for not agreeing with them, and whites for being white. Freedom!

He was a devoted communist (an evil anti-human, anti-freedom doctrine responsible for far many more murders/tortures/imprisonments than nazism). He wrote a pamphlet on "How to be a good communist". Freedom!

60% of South Africans prefer the apartheid government to the current government. Because they're so free!

A quick plummet down the development index. Freedom!

Rape & murder capital of the world. A mind boggling 37% of men admit to having raped people. 7% admit to participating in gang rape. Freedom!

Aids victims raping babies to cure their aids. Freedom!

No tulip. He replaced a racist country with another equally racist but more backwards & violent one, willingly (he said if 'strategic' targets didn't do the trick) killing lots of children along the way.

What I like has no bearing on the truth of the matter. People remember a great person that isn't a true reflection of the man.

The bit you didn't cut and paste from another website. It all looks like a standard response given by those who have been told what to say, but not been to RSA pre and post apartheid.

RSA is not the Rape or Murder capital of the world. It's not in the top 30 for murder, and as for rape, by most civilised definitions, the USA beats everyone by a long stretch.

The one about child rape is based on reports from 1998-2002. I'm surprised you aren't quoting how many people were killed during the Boer war as a current statistic as well.

Must be pretty high up there according to the UN report on global homicide

Brazil /Latin America are the real basket cases occupying positions 1 - 13

Cape Town is in at number 14 with 60 murders per 100000

First US town is St Louis at number 19i with 49.98 murders per 100000

Where are you getting your data from? World bank & UNDOC put SA in the top 10 for intentional murder (I think the wikipedia entry uses UNDOC). And reported rape is pretty much top by a long way, and several multiples if the USA.

Add to that that those USA stats are based on a wider definition of rape, and it's estimated that is SA only a tiny percentage are reported.

And it was INTERPOL that called it rape capital.
