Even if it was, I would prefer an international war trial like Nuremburg. And I would like Tony Blair(Iraq) and Angela Merkel(Greece) to be tried ahead of Moscow.
Did you not read this bit..."a little bit of schadenfreude against Moscow"?

As I said, it's tragic for the families, but Moscow have a lot of questions to answer before they start pointing fingers at others.

Would you like it if you and your family were murdered due to the actions of the UK government?

Remember that one person's terrorist is another person's freedom fighter. Nelson Mandela may have been a great person who generated huge positive change for millions. But he blew up a supermarket to get there....

The US and the EU caused the mess in Ukraine, not Russia.

You can't argue with the first part of that, however you can't exclude Russia from any blame as they were supporting the separatists in Crimea.

Anyway, it's missing the point that the Russians have had an aeroplane full of innocent people blown out of the sky shortly after they themselves blew an aeroplane full of innocent people out of the sky.

And his wife was a big fan of forcing car tyres over people's heads, filling the inside with petrol, and setting it in fire.

Not so sure about the "great person" part.

Wow so there were US and EU troops in Russian uniforms with heavy Russian accents invading Ukraine all with Russian weaponry, blimey who knew they had so many spies and they were that competent at fooling the Ukrainians into thinking they were Russian and of acquiring so much Russian hardware without arousing suspicion
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

So if you supply advanced missile technology and it is used (presumably they would need also require technical assistance to set-up and operate the equipment (Russian advisers?)) that does not make Russia culpable?
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Rewind to Maidan and deliberate destabilisation of the Ukrainian gov and Victoria Nuland's comments and attempts to whoo them away from Russia with EU carrots just to piss off Putin.
