I hate this one to, it seems to be an American thing as I never heard it till I worked at American place, always makes me think of the deodorant advert back in the 90's.

'Touch base' as well, I feel an idiot saying it 'I will reach out to x, y and z and touch base with them'.

The words 'piece' and 'space' used in any consultancy-like fashion

e.g. "Lets support the documentation piece" and "We work in the XYZ space"
