I don't go that far. But the happiest societies are where there is equality of wealth. And the inequality gap is widening.

To remove pressure on London, I think Royalty and Government should vacate the capital.

Royalty reguarly does.

As for the Govt. as nice an idea that would be (and actually a very good one considering Houses of Parliment needs £3bn of renovation) I don't see it ever happening

Instead of having ICTs and shipping in foreign workers to occupy bedsits on mass to provide workers on the cheap, why not ship them in from deprived areas like Cornwall, Wales, and Scotland.
Then have state poor houses, to house the workers

They don't care about society equally. They care about cutting down the tall trees so that the little trees feel better (less tall trees doesn't equal taller little trees).

That sounds entirely the opposite of 'equally'.
