'little', really?I'm not even an atheist so much as I am an antitheist; I not only maintain that all religions are versions of the same untruth, but I hold that the influence of churches, and the effect of religious belief, is positively harmful. [Christopher Hitchens] -
It's an awfully strange quirk given that I know that forum software fairly well and there is no bug reported for users being marked as moderators when they are not...Originally posted by malvolio View PostYou have no idea what you're talking about. If you know it that well you will also now the security regime is group-by-forum. I have mod rights on one, now defunct board, hence the software marks me as having moderator privileges. They don't extend to the other boards, nor am I member of the moderation team which, currently, is directors only. And nobody CBA to fix one minor anomaly that affects nobody.Originally posted by eek View PostIt's an awfully strange quirk given that I know that forum software fairly well and there is no bug reported for users being marked as moderators when they are not...

All of my kind, kind friends on this thread OBVIOUSLY have my best interest at heart. That must be true. And yet....
IPSE+ is £239 plus VAT. So if you aren't VAT registered, £286.80. (Not only am I smart enough to figure that out, I cheated and looked on their site.)
You ALL offer me £10 that I have to spend at Amazon. That's very kind of you all, it warms my heart, really it does.
That's a little bit over 3% savings, except it isn't savings, I have to spend it. At Amazon. That means I have to figure out what I want, and then pay shipping, too. Ok. Still, 3% is better than nothing.
3% is also worse than 15%.
I TRUSTED you all. I thought you were on my side. (Well, not the SNP lunatic, I KNEW about him.
)
And now, I learn that for a mere pittance of 3% for yourselves, you were prepared to cost me almost 12%. I'm devastated. You all are a bunch of greedy tax avoiders who aren't paying your fair share. I trusted you all.
(Think I knew about the 15% before commenting on this thread? PROVE IT! I DENY EVERYTHING!)Comment
