When there was the issue of child abuse within the catholic church the catholic church addressed the issue and is/has worked out a solution.

Most of the people who end up with ISIS/being jihadis have been recruited at mosques and so whilst I do not say that therefore all muslims condone violence the problem is something they have to acknowledge exists and a problem they need to find a solution for.
