    BBC Sport - Shanghai Masters: Rafael Nadal to have surgery for appendicitis

    I wasn't aware that was a condition you could choose to deal with later, I thought once it happened it was rather urgent?

          They can grumble on annoyingly for years. A bit like sasguru but easier to get rid of.
