Guys, I'm sure I need to learn more. sorry about my stupidity. I hope I'll learn quickly. Thanks for your help. I am at work so not able to exaplain what I meant. The contract will be between your Limited Company and the agency, the agency will then have a contract with the end client. If you are working through an umbrella company you will work under a contract of employment with them and they will have a contract with the agency.
With regard to the agency margin (and assuming you're not a sockie) - work out what you think is a fair rate for your skills and don't take any lower than that - negotiations work both ways! At the end of the day if the contract isn't paying enough, don't take itComment
