    Contract work

I am new to the contract world, i am wondering when we have contact signed will it be between the client and us or agency and us. How it works, how can we can find out before we start sending to cv to client.

It looks agency takes most of the money and trying to negotiate with us. Use our situation to go as low as they can.

Perhaps try reading the guides and other material you've been pointed; most of what you've asked will be in there. Then you'll be in a position to ask intelligent questions.

But an agency works exactly like an estate agent. Don't believe their hype, which is based on a world that faded away about 5 years ago in a flurry of commoditisation: they do as little as they can and the only relationship they care about is between them and the men with the money.

It can be. But the content is same.

There are first timer guides which explain this, and make good reading. To answer your questions/points:
                    1. The contract will be between your LtdCo and the Agency. The Agency then has a supplier contract with the client.
                    2. This is always the case when you use an agency. You may have the opportunity to go direct with a client if you don't use an agency to find the role (requires you to have built up a network)
                    3. No, your LtdCo will get the majority of the money. The agency takes a margin/mark-up for their fees. But your LtdCo can expect to get somewhere between 75 - 92% of what the Client makes.

These are relatively basic questions, so I definitely recommend you read the guides before continuing with this approach.
