The initial purpose of the forum is to share bad experiences with agencies and to offer people more guidance about which agencies to use and which not, do's and don'ts, what agencies actually do with your CV and details(You will be amazed) and other bad practice.
A first number of posts is needed to get the forum going in at least a few sections.

Quote from their forum on Employment - "The last time I worked with WebSpehere was 4 years ago, used it for two months". So if you don't know it and can't use it and you don't want to be contacted about it, WTF is it doing on your CV then?
Meanwhile, the site can still get sued for libel. Give it two months...Blog? What blog...?
