Good and Bad IT agencies..recommendations?

A new forum called badagencies.com has just been launched. It's about IT contracting but also about other types of agencies.
The initial purpose of the forum is to share bad experiences with agencies and to offer people more guidance about which agencies to use and which not, do's and don'ts, what agencies actually do with your CV and details(You will be amazed) and other bad practice.
