Each case is judged on its merits and it's largely a subjective assessment so it's pointless trying to predict whether or not you pass SC vetting. And if you don't, you will never know why anyway, so it could be for something completely different (a friend's was held up for 9 months before he discovered his ex-wife had run up a big debt on his credit card that he didn't know anything about).
