So, how many days does your clientco 'prefer' you to not work on xmas? Mine wants me to be off from 24th till 4th. I suppose depends upon the nature of the work, but mine doesn't have a dependency, once the req have been specified.

Current ClientCo is small enough (~10 people) and everyone has known each other ages, everyone has a key and can come in when they want. For permies that means there is no enforced breaks on working days, for me I assume I could come in by myself whenever as long as I can prove I did actually do some work rather than eating turkey sandwiches and posting on CUK.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

A little offtopic but,Originally posted by explorer View Posthow many days does your clientco 'prefer' you to not work on x'mas?
I have been aware since our headmaster told us - when aged 6 - that Xmas is a valid word for tedious reasons (but basically because of X being the initial for the Greek for Messiah, Xristos), but never seen it hyphenated. Given the 'X' is then not followed by the remaining letters, that implies X'mas is correct, and Xmas is wrong.Last edited by RichardCranium; 7 December 2009, 22:31.
