UNHCR will provide protection services and necessary humanitarian assistance including food, water, accommodation, education, and healthcare.

That's not really relevant. UKSC ruling was about refoulement.

Do you think the UN is shipping in food and water? Or do you think they are paying Rwanda money to cover those costs?

I don't know, but it's not the original claim that the UN were "exporting their illegals to Rwanda"

          Think that's bad faith semantics.

The crux is that the UN is currently an active party in an agreement to settle refugees in Rwanda.

The UN is a walking hypocrisy, it is not a moral authority.

The fact Russia is still a member of UN tells you everything you need to know about UN.

I don't think that's an issue. It kind of defeats the point by excluding countries from the UN. It's meant to be the global forum. There are global matters that transcend friend or foe. It's like the Washington-Moscow hotline during the cold war.

My issue is people people like to forget that the UN is a political body, that it's made up of political countries with their own agenda. It's not impartial. Votes are often horse traded. Appointments to UN bodies are political.

Those UN bodies are far braver in criticising the West on things like disabled, or prison or LGBT rights, whilst near completely silent on countries who are so far below West standards they don't even make the rankings.

I would like to have intimate relations with Gillian Anderson but it doesn't mean it is going to happen.

To be extremely charitable I suspect they are trying to influence Conservative Party policy so there is an outside bet it could make a difference but as the polls suggest a comfortable Labour victory that is of limited use as well.

It's looking like Reform are going to get 8-10% of the Tory vote. That's likely going to cost them 50+ seats. So I do think their policies are going to have an influence on a post 2024 Tory party. Although I do think IR35 is going to be background noise in all the other Reform policies, namely immigration.

I can only see immigrations concerns growing in the future. If Labour doesn't crack down hard I don't think it's unrealistic a reformed tory party can make a comeback.

Growing? Is it not the number one vote winning/losing topic already?

It's a great distraction from others, such as energy, sewage, health, education, housing, poverty, etc.
