Exactly - Unicorn Requirements, very ordinary rate, vague about scope (except it's wide). I'd love to see the SDS and Statement of Works.

What I was thinking. We can sneer, INKSPE etc., but they hardly jumped the shark with this one - boring rate for a boring role. Shrug.
