    If you really must do it insist on weekly billing, and paid the week after, terms. Insist on a short notice period from your side.
    I've previously been contracted to a bank, with TCS (via Avance agency) and had no issues with getting paid.

    This was 2018-2019, paid monthly.

    They did try to get me to train their staff toward the end of the contract, but i just said it was not part of the contract and would need a separate engagement to do that.

      My best contract and perm rates were with a consulting house funnily enough! Working for a bank would get me X amount but going through a consultancy would get me X+Y so for me they were positive - Not wipro but something similar
