Procorre called me today for a chat.
The conversation lacking in any real direction or purpose, I couldn't initially decide whether they were offering a contract or selling me a service. Anyway, IR35 rose its head and it seemed as if they were suggesting some partnership alliance.
'Can I send you an email?' he asked.
An hour later, something arrived, the content of which is below.
Questions
1. Apologies if answered elsewhere, but if one is forced to go Umbrella / PAYE, why does a contractor still have to pay Employers NI?
2. For those with Procorre experience, what is the ‘subscription’ to Procorre on the Outside model?
3. For bonuses, are these not also to be taxed?
Needless to say, I asked the chap but he's gone silent already!
(btw, my name's not Tim either...)
