This kind of question can happen worldwide and it calls expectations. You think this is related to IR35 or UK! Jesus Christ.Originally posted by northernladuk View PostIt is odd. I have no idea what the rest of you put means. You are a supplier and you deliver what the client wants. You don't ask a builder what his expectations are when he comes to do your extension do you?
All your comments so far are totally permie focussed and don't look like contractor questions at all. You have no idea of IR35 and other methods of working in the UK so most of your advice is actually steering people in to trouble not away from it.
You can also answer “I want your money" ...Comment

You are only picking up the words that is convenient for you and that is twisting. I know your objective.

Lots of medium and larger agencies that operate in the UK are part of multi-national companies so that is actually common. However individual agents tend to deal in a particular sector of a particular national market. I've British agents phoning me up from Germany stating that they personally don't work with the UK market.Originally posted by Bee View PostTo be fair, I have an UK agency and IT if flooded with UK agencies."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

My objective was to point out that you're trying to talk about permie recruitment tactics in a contractor forum within the UK. There is no "twist" to it at all; you're confusing me with NLUK and MarkyMarkOriginally posted by Bee View PostCorrect but not the thread
