Absolutely and they are the discussions that get you the role. Not 'What's the budget situation'or where do you expect to be in 3 years.

Best to try and find out if CUK is on the block list before signing anything too.

All your comments so far are totally permie focussed and don't look like contractor questions at all. You have no idea of IR35 and other methods of working in the UK so most of your advice is actually steering people in to trouble not away from it.
This kind of question can happen worldwide and it calls expectations. You think this is related to IR35 or UK! Jesus Christ.

You can also answer “I want your money" ...

              Correct but not the thread
You are only picking up the words that is convenient for you and that is twisting. I know your objective.

To be fair, I have an UK agency and IT if flooded with UK agencies.

Lots of medium and larger agencies that operate in the UK are part of multi-national companies so that is actually common. However individual agents tend to deal in a particular sector of a particular national market. I've British agents phoning me up from Germany stating that they personally don't work with the UK market.

My objective was to point out that you're trying to talk about permie recruitment tactics in a contractor forum within the UK. There is no "twist" to it at all; you're confusing me with NLUK and MarkyMark
