Hello fellow contractors,
I hope you had a fantastic bank holiday. I’m a long time contractor and first time poster and I have decided to do something a bit different. I’ve worked with all sorts of recruitment companies, some great, some average and some terrible. When researching these companies I sometimes find it hard to find any testimonials or reviews of the company and I find this a problem because I always like to know who I’m getting into bed with (These guys are responsible for my money after all).
So, what’s the solution? I’ve decided to create Trip Advisor for recruitment companies, a place solely for contractors to come together and get the low down on the recruitment company they are about to work with. I am not asking for you to critic the idea of my site or give me your recruitment horror stories.
Instead, I’m looking for what you think makes a recruitment company great, little things they have done that have made your life easier, small services that make a huge difference and/or anything positive that has made you feel more comfortable in working with them.
Any examples would be a massive help and get my creative ball rolling.
Thanks,
Keith
