Obviously its the ONLY reason they are doing this if they could find another nation to undercut they would do that as well! Time for UK gov to either cancel these visas or heavily tax the recruitment agency or intermediary as well as heavily tax any employers partaking in this blatant abuse of the UK employment laws! Until this becomes a high profile hot potato expect more and more IT jobs in the UK to vanish from the IT marketplace & enter the control of outsourcers & consultancies specialising in lowering business costs by exploiting foreign IT workers which clearly displaces UK IT workers & if proven is highly illegal. Tier 2 visa allocations should be reviewed every 3 months. 12 months is way too long.Originally posted by m0n1k3r View PostThe client will be charged the same anyway so that they can increase their own margins.

The big change is due in April when the tier 2 Intra tightening comes into force. Let's see what happens.
The sad thing is, the government thinks the tier 2 system has been abused since 2015 when insiders like myself know it has been happening since 2006.Comment

It's people playing at agile or using it for the wrong projects that gives agile a bad reputation.Originally posted by BlasterBates View PostDon't have any problem with Jira, seems to work perfectly well. It's the agile method (or lack of ) that causes all the problems
