I actually worked there and walked out early. I just thought they were trying to do creative sounding but actually barmy things and had too many young inexperienced managers. They also had a big agile project sucking up shed loads of cash to fund some weird religious process monster. However I got the feeling most people were quite content.

There are a number of small firms a long way outside of London who understand the value of IT to the financial services industry. They are going to disrupt the FS market in a major way. If you thought Uber disrupted taxis or Airbnb disrupted hotels, it's nothing compared to what's coming.Comment
