          Hmm banking and finance pushes the average up with their 32.3% but the rest of the industry brings it down. I'd so your figure could be closer thinking about it.

            You do understand that this is impossible to quantify. Only HR could tell you that. For me it never happened, big companies usually (my experience) don’t do that. They simply don’t sign until the last minute.

                Similar thing happened to me last week although was told the role was recruited internally instead. Reading between the lines I think someone's Visa got approved...

                The agent was just as peed off as me as he could see his commission going down the pan. I hadn't signed the contract either as I was asking for some amendments.

                It wasn't an ideal location anyway so onwards and upwards.
