Technically I think the agency has repudiated the contract which entitles the other party to terminate and, bring a claim for damages, if they chose to.Comment

Happened to me
My contract got pulled recently just before the start date. To make this worse it was through the gig's in house recruiters.
Yet another cautionary tale.Comment
