My LinkedIn is pretty much a copy of my CV when it comes to details from each gig, but I am seeing more and more profiles with just a headline job title rather than achievements and outputs etc. Is this the new thing? I am a firm believer of if I want to be found on LinkedIn (as it seems to be the best source of leads recently) the more information the better.

How much info should you put on your LinkedIn profile?

I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten. -

Why not go to the webinar tonight and see what they talk about?
I did the IPSE one a while back and am slowly trying to find the effort to update my CV and LinkedIn a bit more. My LinkedIn was a copy of my CV (which used to throw me when agents would contact me on LinkedIn and ask if I had a CV) but it's changing a bit now to include different things / different style.
One thing I've started to do more is include separate projects on LinkedIn where you can flag who you worked with and give a project description - probably more relevant if you were the project manager / architect than if you were the tea boy, but it might make a difference.Comment

I can't make it tonight because of a long standing arrangement but I hope the content will be available afterwards. I really would like to see what it's about.Comment

Generally, I've gone for bland descriptions because I don't want anything to go contradict what I have in the targetted CVs.
But the project descriptions look interesting.Comment

Listening to other contractors their LinkedIn profile are generic so they can be a bit more liberal with the truth on their CVs.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!Comment
