There are female contractors you know who use masculine sounding names, though most use gender neutral names.Originally posted by TykeMerc View PostOf course you are, that's never been lied about."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

I have similar. Its a PWD but with pro-rata hours for less than 7.5.Originally posted by MasterP0 View PostI've just been emailed a Job spec, its for a Public Sector role, it states:
I've never seen this before, is it simply just a case of ensuring one works the 8 hours per day excluding lunch break therefore 500 divided by 8 = 62.50?
Thanks
i.e. If I work 7.5 or more I get day rate. If I work less than its pro-rata hourly.
Bit crap but if I need to leave early or something I do it with client local agreement. i.e. 7.5 goes down every day even if its 7 one day and 8 the next - otherwise the clever agency would probably cut me 0.5 hours.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment
