I've never seen this before, is it simply just a case of ensuring one works the 8 hours per day excluding lunch break therefore 500 divided by 8 = 62.50?

i.e. If I work 7.5 or more I get day rate. If I work less than its pro-rata hourly.
Bit crap but if I need to leave early or something I do it with client local agreement. i.e. 7.5 goes down every day even if its 7 one day and 8 the next - otherwise the clever agency would probably cut me 0.5 hours.Rhyddid i lofnod psychocandy!!!!Comment
