No, there is no list.

100% not. You may piss the odd agent off who might not choose to work with you, but thats about it.Comment

I remember three or four years ago when I had a choice of two gigs and the one I turned down I was told I was to be put on 'the black list' immediately. The pimp said this was distributed amongst all the top agencies.
Two weeks later a pimp from the same agency called me to see if I was looking for workComment
