Why can they not get any?
1. They failed to fill in the export forms correctly?
2. UK customs stopped them? - was it legally?
3. EU customs stopped them? - was it legally?

I suspect the answer is 3 and no. Maybe the EU need to resolve that?

Based on fecking what? Wake the feck up and realise this is the reality, look at any EU - 3rd country border and check how long the queues are and how long it takes to move stuff over the border (hint - 12hrs is not a long waiting time). Then realise the UK is now a 3rd country. Christ it's really not that hard to put 2 and 2 together.

Or you can of course blame everyone else, especially the boo boo EU as everything is their fault.
