It depends on how you define win. The costs of the case were orders of magnitude less than the potential increase in taxation that IR35 would have brought. HMRC withdrew their IR35 challenge against me when I "lost" in the ET and have left me alone since.Originally posted by DaveB View PostSo you didn't win then?Comment
