In terms of U.K. trade with the EU, there are two considerations, one that is confirmed and one that is not:
- the EU will protect the integrity of the Single Market over allowing the exact same trading conditions with the U.K.;
- the U.K. still hasn’t decided what the future trading relationship with the EU will look like.Comment

It's UK that started this tulip and it's UK that can't ratify reached deal - the best that was possible under red lines (intentionally) put forward by May.
The whole exercise was about making sure UK drops out without transition dealComment
