Well this clearly will not come to pass in the form it is in.
Who is going to pay 60, 70, 80+ k for a german uber wagon that is going to tell you to slow down every time you try and use a tenth of it's power.
Or interestingly - on an autobahn I guess you could use more of it's power as they are 'unlimited'??
so what this may do is just make all motorways speed limits go up.Comment

The UK have already agreed to sign up to those regulations. As they will be part of the new agreement on goods, where the UK has agreed to have EU regulations shoved down their throat.
