Incandescent with rage? You poor little snowflake. Someone calls you out for your hypocrisy and the best you can do is come up with that crap?

I've not been down that slippery slope of yours.

Perhaps the things that are optional extras will become standard features in years to come. Many years ago laminated windscreens, heated rear windows, seatbelts and radios were considered optional extras, but now they are standard. Maybe progress means you get more things as standard?

As for retrospective convictions, there's a whole section on this forum about that sort of skullduggery, so far the only country to do that is the UK, and currently it is only selective - i.e. do not go after big businesses, only small ones.

Really? And you contribute to our great nation how exactly? Do you vote in the UK? Do you pay taxes to the UK?

I'll tell you how you contribute, you **** off abroad. That's the best contribution a useless twunt like you can make to the UK.

    Thank you for sodding off.

One is set so that you can't over-rev the engine, and the other is a bit like cruise control where the driver can set it to a value and it will prevent the car from going faster unless you put your foot to the shag pile - which is very like this proposal is suggesting, so no change there then

Many modern cars with GPS in them will also display the speed limit, which can change from being on a white background to a red background when you exceed it. It's not flashing lights and horns going off. It's part of the nav system.

And the other suggestions they are proposing? According to EVO:

Again, not exactly news, many cars these days have lane departure systems and automatic emergency braking along with other things like adaptive cruise control.

But it's good to know that Wailers will be able to turn everything off easily. They don't want pesky safety things in cars like seat belts, servo brakes, bumpers and headrests.

The EU is going to dominate the UK for years and years. New EU regulations will be shoved down the UK's throat under the "vassalage" deal and there will be endless "Brexit" debates, this will be known as "Brexeternity".

a whole host of new safety measures such as lane-keep assist and autonomous emergency braking. It’s not all quite as bad as you may think, as it will likely be a feature as easy to disable as it is to change your radio station

"We" already can make up our own rules and laws before Brexit, and "we'll" be exactly as limited in "our" ability to do that after Brexit.
