        yep Democracy is a fickle mistress but you have to respect her.

        Just as I didn't want New Lie but put up with it as it was the will of the people, then Brexit is the same.

        If they vote against Brexit I suspect many will find themselves unseated at the next election.

        Now if they offered the Brexiters a sensible compromise they might be able to keep their retirement plan as an EU MP.

            The Supreme Court is the last stop so if they say it needs a vote then so be it.

            I wouldn't agree with it but that's what it would be.

                No one said they did. But there are certain policies that require actions that reflect the will of the majority such as immigration. If that is closed off then I think most Brexiters would be happy.
